What You Will Do:
Provide technical subject matter expertise to a team performing a comprehensive assessment of a federal organization, assist in the development an integrated plan for modernization of a geographically distributed workforce, identify operational/programmatic synergies with agencies with overlapping mission spaces, create improved methods of information-sharing governance, and reporting. Communicate fact-based assessment findings, measures of successful implementation of improvements, and tightly regulated procedures to Federal C-suite client.
What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD securityclearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • TEN (10) or more years of experience supporting DHS, DoD, or the Intelligence Community

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in intelligence, national security, public policy, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and producing actionable insights for senior stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to support complex federal programs, including stakeholder coordination and mission-focused reporting

  • Experience supporting TSA, DHS Headquarters, or interagency intelligence operations

  • Experience leading or supporting cross-functional teams in a program or project environment

  • Familiarity with information-sharing environments (e.g., HSIN) and governance or collaboration frameworks

  • Experience delivering executive-level briefings and supporting senior decision-making

  • Exposure to operational modernization, process improvement, or organizational transformation initiatives
