About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a Director of Operations Intelligence to join our corporate office located in Jacksonville, FL or we may consider basing this role in one of our regional offices. The Director of Operations Intelligence will report to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as the strategic liaison between the leasing, property operations, information technology and Business Planning & Analytics (โ€œBP&Aโ€) teams to align operational priorities, technology roadmaps and business objectives. This role will drive process improvements, system implementations and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency, tenant experience and portfolio performance.ย  This role will act as the Regency internal product owner of Salesforce, Tenant Portal, Deal Connect, Property Connect, and other relevant systems, as well as AI initiatives, impacting the Operations platform and other related applications.ย ย ย 

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary liaison to the Chief Operating Officer and the Managing Director National Property Operations to ensure business strategy, operational priorities, and technology roadmaps are aligned with the Leasing, Property Operations, IT and BP&A Functions.ย 
  • Translate business objectives into system capabilities and improvement initiatives.
  • Act as Regencyโ€™s internal product owner for Salesforce, Tenant Portal, and related systems and applications.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for specific business processes by providing functional input, validating requirements, ensuring alignment to best practices, and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Define and monitor KPIs, adoption metrics, and business impact for implemented solutions.
  • Evaluate and streamline ongoing Leasing and Property Operations workflows by identifying automation opportunities including the use of AI, promoting process consistency across regions, and ensuring data integrity across systems such as Salesforce, JD Edwards, OneStream, and Microsoft 365.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Regency leaders and project team members.ย 
  • Act as a change agent and systems champion while developing and executing communication, rollout, and training plans to promote adoption of new features and workflows.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Are You Qualified?

Required

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Information Systems or related field.ย 
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in commercial real estate operations.ย  Extensive experience in technology enablement or product management may be considered in lieu of real estate experience.
  • Proven success in translating business needs into system capabilities and managing product lifecycle activities.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of JD Edwards or other ERP platforms, OneStream, and related CRE technologies.

  • Product Management or Salesforce certification
  • Experience with Salesforce and a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform configuration, workflows, and integration points.

  • Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of data visualization and reporting concepts.
