WHAT YOU’LL DOOperational & Logistics Efficiency
  • Centralized Point of Contact: Streamlines communication between CENTR and Hyrox, reducing bottlenecks and ensuring cross-functional alignment on timelines, shipping, and event execution.
  • 24/7 Availability: Provides peace of mind with HYROX that CENTR is available on what amounts to a 24/7/365 time schedule. Instantaneous reaction.
  • Inventory & Asset Management: Oversees the complex supply chain of equipment, apparel, and promotional materials required for massive Hyrox events, minimizing stockouts or logistical delays.
  • Scalability Blueprint: Standardizes operational workflows so the partnership can seamlessly scale to new cities, countries, and larger event formats without reinventing the wheel each time.
On-the-Floor Performance & Product Validation
  • Real-Time "Stress Testing": Acts as the eyes and ears on the ground during events to monitor how CENTR equipment and apparel handle the intense wear and tear of a Hyrox race.
  • Athlete Insights: Gathers direct, qualitative feedback from Hyrox competitors and trainers regarding product comfort, durability, and functionality.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identifies potential product failures or safety concerns on the competition floor before they become widespread issues, protecting both brands' reputations.
  • Engineering Support: Act as Engineering's eyes and ears at HYROX events by collecting athlete feedback and monitoring equipment performance, wear, and failures. to enable timely resolution and continuous improvement and verification of production units and event equipment meeting design intent and quality expectations.
R&D and Product Innovation Pipeline
  • Data-Driven Feedback Loop: Translates raw on-the-floor performance data and athlete feedback into actionable insights for CENTR’s R&D and product development teams.
  • Co-Branded Product Innovation: Identifies gaps in the current market to conceptualize and champion new, Hyrox-specific gear or digital features for CENTR to develop.
  • Future-Proofing the Partnership: Ensures that CENTR’s product roadmap stays perfectly aligned with the evolving competitive standards and training trends within the Hyrox community.
  • R&D Enablement: Coordinate field validation of prototypes and design improvements with Engineering.
Strategic Partnership Growth
  • Commercial Maximization: Supporting Sales and Marketing by identifying onsite activation opportunities, VIP experiences, or digital integrations that can drive higher ROI and brand engagement for both entities.

  • Deep understanding of and prior HYROX competition participation preferred
  • Passion for fitness and proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the fitness, sports, or event production industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and meet tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate on-the-ground performance data and athlete feedback into actionable product and process improvements.
