As a Global Air Logistics Customer Integration Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality data integration solutions that connect our systems with customers and partners around the world.
You can be based anywhere in Europe, allowing you to collaborate flexibly with global and regional teams while supporting integration projects across multiple locations.

You will support project coordination, documentation, and solution design to ensure smooth execution and delivery of integration projects. Your tasks will include validating EDI/API specifications and requirements, performing logical mapping, coordinating programming slots, preparing systems, testing, and providing go-live sign-off. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams and contribute to innovation and knowledge sharing within the organization.

How you create impact
  • Support the MA-OV Team on Data Integration Solutions and Solution Design.
  • Provide consulting expertise on Data Integration Solutions.
  • Execute data integration projects following MA-OV processes (including new projects, change requests, and internal migrations).
  • Validate EDI/API specifications and requirements, perform logical mapping, request programming slots, prepare systems, test integrations, and provide go-live approval.
  • Manage steady-state operations and provide post go-live support.
  • Document project progress, interface details, and support requests in Jira and JSM.
  • Ensure proper handover documentation for future support and collaboration with KN GS.
  • Contribute to innovation, continuous improvement, and team knowledge sharing.
