Job Posting Title: Integration Manager, Global Customs, Business Implementation

Summary

Manage the business part of EDI/API implementation for Global Accounts.

Define and improve our integration services (EDI and API) to match customer requirements working with the customers and realising it internally.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages the technical implementation in the business on behalf of Global Customs
  • Responsible person for technical onboarding individual Customers into DSV from a Customs perspective
  • Sign off the proposed Business Requirement Document to initiate integration.
  • Together with the Customer Delivery Managers aligns the planning (high level and detailed) with Operations, Customer, the Customer Integration Office and EI.
  • Ensure that the User Acceptance Tests scenarios are created & executed accordingly.
  • Ensures that all local stakeholders are aligned.
  • Ensure that all local contributors have committed to the plan and are delivering on time and on quality.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for Operations after the Business Go live, Troubleshooting, Advising.
  • Help develop the EDI and API offerings for Global Customs
  • Work towards the commercial part of DSV

Close cooperation with Enterprise Integration Office (CINTO), in establishing/maintaining current & future work process/protocols for BIMs globally.

Analyze our EDI+ and special setups and see how we can convert more to standard or make our standard fit more requests.

Understand our EDI & API services and guide customers/sales towards API First and help evolve it.

API - take the lead in educating sales staff to sell API over EDI and take input from our customers to use for improving our API product

 

Educational background / Work experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.

Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with customer engagement
  • Project Management capabilities and experience
  • A fair technical and integration understanding
  • An end-to-end mindset
  • Understanding of customs is an advantage
  • A "do" person with high level of accountability

Language skills

  • Fluency in English is required

Computer Literacy

For this position, the expected base pay is: $98,500 - $125,000 / Annual.  Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other objective business considerations.  This position is Virtual USA.
