ABOUT THE ROLE
Join SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands in San Francisco as an Innovation Associate Manager for Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day and help shape what's next for this beloved brand.
We're looking for a curious, consumer-minded marketer who loves turning insights and ideas into products people are excited to bring into their homes. You'll uncover new growth opportunities, develop compelling product ideas, and work with cross-functional teams to bring innovation from concept to launch.
Along the way, you'll partner with teams across Insights, R&D, Design, Packaging, Finance, Supply Chain, Portfolio Planning, and Brand Marketing to create innovation that delights consumers, strengthens the Mrs. Meyer's brand, and fuels future growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and shape growth opportunities by translating consumer, category, cultural and competitive insights into clear innovation recommendations.
  • Develop differentiated product propositions across positioning, claims, naming, fragrance strategy, pricing, portfolio role and pack architecture, using consumer learning to guide decisions.
  • Own key innovation projects from concept through commercialization, proactively managing timelines, budgets, risks, trade-offs and key decisions across R&D, Packaging, Design, Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Partner with Portfolio Planning, Sales and Brand Marketing to build compelling launch stories and omnichannel plans that remain consistent from product and pack through retail, PDP and media.
  • Lead through influence, building strong cross-functional relationships, driving alignment through ambiguity and confidently presenting recommendations to senior leadership.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or a related CPG discipline, including 1+ years supporting or leading innovation.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current of future sponsorship for full-time employment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 127,670.00 USD - 167,567.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.
