We design the living spaces of the future - with a pioneering spirit and for people: The use of new technologies and innovations for all GOLDBECK products and the entire company includes trend and technology scouting, a detailed analysis of identified development opportunities and the testing and implementation of pilot projects.
Responsibilities
  • Build and expand networks with local innovation centers, research institutions, and industry partners
  • Act as a driver for change: bring in your own improvement ideas, challenge the status quo, and foster a culture of innovation across the company
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from operational areas and support them in identifying and implementing technological improvements
  • Communicate GOLDBECK-relevant needs and challenges to local strategic partners
  • Analyze the latest research and innovation projects to identify new technology approaches relevant for all GOLDBECK business areas
  • Create decision-enabling innovation project pitches
  • Lead innovation projects from idea generation through implementation and further development
  • Work closely together with colleagues from the German Innovation Team or other Research & Development Units

Profile
  • Degree in engineering, construction, architecture, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in processing (e.g. site management, project management, MEP project management) and a strong interest in technological developments
  • Passion for new technologies, sustainability, and process optimization
  • Quick comprehension and strategic thinking; ability to observe, recognize, and assess new ideas for GOLDBECK
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex matters simply and precisely - in both English and German
  • Experience in structuring, coordinating, and managing innovation projects
