  • Culture & Team Development: Foster an elite, highly accountable branch culture aligned with the Company's corporate standards, leading local recruitment and technician onboarding initiatives.
  • Regional Compliance: Ensure the branch remains fully compliant with specific workplace regulations, state low-voltage electrical codes, and State/Federal safety standards.
  • Budget Management: Develop, manage, and adhere to regional field service budgets, implementing strict cost controls for logistics, parts tracking, and vehicle programs to maximize profitability.

  • Service Center Optimization: Direct and manage the local service and repair center, adhering to the Company's strict operational excellence and standardizing repair timelines .

  • Supply Chain Interfacing: Partner directly with the corporate the Company Supply Chain and Logistics teams to coordinate parts replenishment, track local assets, and manage RMA tracking programs.
Field Leadership & Execution
  • Technician Workforce Management: Direct, mentor, and resource-plan a regional team of field service technicians responsible for complex MSU hardware deployments and associated repairs, moves, swaps and related work. Deliver performance evaluations, prioritize and manage safety programs for field service technicians, and identify ongoing technical training opportunities to ensure the team maintains expertise in applicable technologies.
  • Capacity & Dispatch Strategy: Coordinate with the centralized scheduling and dispatch functions to load-balance field resources, maximize routing efficiency, and monitor ticket aging.
  • Voice of the Field Service Partner: Act as a critical cross-functional liaison, collaborating with corporate IT, Product, Engineering, and Support groups to ensure the Company's products and software enable field success.

  • Drug Testing: Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment controlled substances drug screen.
  • Technical & Basic Skills: Basic mathematical competency required to accurately log physical inventory counts, verify mechanical parts, and track unit-specific maintenance paperwork.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, transport, and manipulate up to 65 lbs. of physical equipment or parts; physical agility to bend, kneel, reach, crouch, and safely work on physical units; and the ability to comfortably operate a standard fleet vehicle across designated service territories.
