Mgr, Commissary - NEX

We are looking to add a Commissary Manager to our Corrections team in Salem, OR. As a Commissary Manager, you will operate and supervise the assigned facility's commissary management program per the facility contract specifications and per the direction of the District Manager.

Actively supervise the sales process. Supervise and direct inmate labor (where applicable). Accurately report financial results per Company protocol. Accurately maintain proper inventory levels. Source products and manage the product mix while reducing product costs. Develop and maintain successful relationships with the client, commissary partners and the location Food Service Director, ensuring effective and efficient communication and operations. Implement and support all Company standards and initiatives. Demonstrate an understanding of Company Vision, Mission and Goals.

Must-haves: High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years' experience in a supervisory role. Inventory management experience Proven track record of financial responsibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills.

Nice-to-haves: Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree. Compensation Range up to $30/hr
