Position Summary
We are seeking an HCM Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support larger, complex client implementations by assisting the Project Manager, while independently managing smaller, more straightforward projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to tailor processes to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete client setup tasks outlined in project management software

  • Collect, configure, and balance client data accurately

  • Manage small and mid-sized client implementations

  • Identify, assess, and resolve issues that arise during implementation

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process

  • Adapt and tailor implementation processes to fit client needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience

  • Previous project management experience preferred
