Job description

The Implementation Manager is responsible for enhancement to existing products and development of new products to broaden current service offerings. This role is also accountable for project management and implementation management with new and existing clients. The primary purpose of the role is to work closely with the assigned Account Manager, Implementation Coordinators, IT, and Operations to complete the implementation of client programs and to facilitate the transition to field operations and account management personnel for ongoing service.
This is a remote position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepares and manages implementation plan from prospect presentation through conclusion; identifies required resources
  • Develops and prepares information necessary for setup of customer across all CorVel systems
  • Coordinates all internal meetings on a regular basis to address all stakeholders of implementation process steps - this includes Account Management, field operations, regional and corporate IT
  • Proactive progress communication to involved stakeholders
  • Resolves issues that arise, involving the client and other stakeholders when appropriate
  • Prepares and distributes minutes (notes) of all implementation meetings - internal and external
  • Transitions program to permanent account management personnel
  • Gains and maintains complete understanding of program design, processes, client expectations and partner
  • Gains and maintains knowledge of CorVel's services and the CERIS model; completes all CorVel Product Training Modules
  • Assigns duties/responsibilities to team participants
  • May need to travel as required
  • Additional duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle demanding situations and adapt accordingly
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills
  • Strategic problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Leadership, management, and motivational skills preferred

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 5 years of insurance-related experience required in the areas of claims management, managed care, account management or supervision (required)
  • Experience with Payment Integrity service offerings preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Training within the insurance industry, managed care, or related field preferred

PAY RANGE:
CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.
For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
Pay Range: $65,436 - $98,982
