L.I.D. Landscapes has been serving the Greater Boulder area for over 40 years, and we are looking to add to our team!
Who You Are:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate would be someone who has the necessary leadership skills to consistently take charge and initiate actions towards accomplishing our organizations goals with a passion for coaching and developing others. Someone who can think critically and who can keep an open mind and think outside the box! Someone who can achieve goals in a timely manner and is quick to adapting to change with a team and customer focus at the forefront and is capable of leading by modeling good ethics through your actions.
Job Responsibilities- including but not limited to:
  • Manage operational activities and staff members
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies
  • Coordinate fleet and equipment repairs with mechanic
  • Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures with a heavy focus on safety
  • Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring
  • Provide support in resolving operational issues and conflicts.
  • Snow Operations Management -Lead and deploy snow team during snow events
  • Maintenance/Construction Operations Management
  • Assigning correct equipment to crews
  • Subcontractor Training/Route Scheduling
  • Preparing Work tickets and scheduling jobs
  • Meet with crews/clients on site to assure client satisfaction and job quality

Required:
  • Proven experience in operations management or a related field
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge or project management principles
  • 4-6 years of snow and maintenance/construction production management
  • Valid drivers license
  • Aspire knowledge is a plus
  • Bilingual/Spanish speaker is a plus
Due to the seasonal nature of LID landscape and snow operations and the client's need to meet at varied hours the Operations Manager must be available for periodic evening and weekend work. Scheduled work hours will be by arrangement between the hours of 6:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Compensation:
A base salary, with potential for a year-end bonus subject to individual performance and company-wide profitability. Annual compensation range for this position is 80,000-100,000 per year
