Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) - Minneapolis, MN area

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in the Minneapolis, MN area.


*First position is located at Ebenezer Ridges Campus in Burnsville, MN


*Second position is a Float PTA position that will support the Minneapolis Metro Area!


This role focuses on delivering skilled physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapy Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, pain management, and overall functional independence.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with established plans of care
  • Implement individualized treatment programs focused on functional and measurable outcomes
  • Treat adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting and rehabilitation settings
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress with the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support quality care and reimbursement standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and facility staff to support positive patient outcomes
Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
  • Current Physical Therapy Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state
  • Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation preferred
