Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for members of the Commercial Executive Management team
  • Proactively track and follow up on actions, approvals, and requests to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries
  • Organize and support meetings, customer visits, site visits, workshops, and other business events
  • Provide high-quality day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders
  • Process and coordinate expense claims while supporting approval workflows for executives and their teams
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and support executive communications
  • Provide cover and support for the Business Operations Executive Assistant when required
  • Collaborate with the wider Executive Support team to ensure seamless support across the business
  • Support site-based activities and events, including town halls, leadership visits, and large-scale employee gatherings
Requirements
  • Typically 5 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar senior administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approach
