The Opportunity

As a Management Consultant, you will work on the front line of transformation, partnering with leaders from the shop floor to the Csuite to deliver results that matter.

What You'll Do

  • Own delivery of one or more workstreams on largescale operational transformation programs
  • Diagnose performance gaps across operations, maintenance, supply chain, and cost structures
  • Lead implementation, not just design-tracking benefits, auditing results, and coursecorrecting in real time
  • Work shouldertoshoulder with clients, embedding behavioral and operational change
  • Facilitate workshops and training, building client capability for sustained improvement
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client leaders and identify followon opportunities


Where You'll Work

  • Hybrid model with ~90% time at client sites across North America
  • Environments range from manufacturing plants and mine sites to executive steering committees

Skills & Experience

  • Degree inEngineering, Science, Finance or a related technical field (advanced business degree a plus)

  • Solid financial acumen (P&L, cost management, productivity metrics)
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in the latest AI Tools (Claude, Gemini, Co-Pilot), Excel, PowerPoint, and datadriven problem solving
  • English fluency required; Spanish or French an advantage
