Job Description

Responsibilities 


Integrate development and deployment tools to streamline the engineering process 

Configuring, optimizing, fine-tuning and monitoring operating system and software and servers 

Deploy code as needed 

This will be a hands on position, your time will be evenly divided between working on servers and getting hands on development 

The environment you will be in is 90% linux, and 10% windows. 

Requirements 


7+ years of hands on experience as a DevOps Engineer 

Experience with a scripting language (Bash, Shell, Python, Ruby, etc.) 

Experience working with cloud platforms and cloud automation tools 

Experience with either Chef or Ruby 

Experience hand coding in Java 

Pluses 


Experience working in an e-commerce environment 

Experience leading a team
