Job description

Fire & Contents Division Manager

SERVPRO is seeking a Fire & Contents Division Manager to lead our Fire & Contents operation. This role is ideal for an experienced manager who can lead people, organize operations, improve processes, and take ownership of division performance.

What You Will Do

Lead Project Managers and Fire & Contents operations.

Maintain visibility into active jobs and ensure work progresses efficiently.

Manage division performance, staffing, quality, customer escalations, and operational priorities.

Oversee contents operations, warehouse organization, Esporta textile cleaning, vendors, equipment, and vehicles.

Monitor revenue, profitability, labor, overtime, costs, WIP, and other performance measures.

Coach and develop managers and build accountability throughout the team.

Maintain safety and compliance standards.

Identify problems, improve processes, and help grow the division.

What We Are Looking For

Proven management and operational leadership experience.

Strong communication, organization, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage people, priorities, financial performance, and changing operational demands.

Restoration, fire, contents, cleaning, or construction experience preferred.

IICRC/restoration certifications preferred but may be obtained after hire for the right experienced manager.

Comfort learning industry systems and technology.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Evenings/weekends may be required based on business needs.
