What you will be doing:
  • Supervise daily dispatch operations, ensuring efficient and timely dispatching of vehicles and deliveries.
  • Support dispatch staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor dispatch systems to trach vehicle locations, delivery progress, and address any issues or delays.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve dispatch efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Other Duties as required and assigned

Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years in dispatch operations experience
  • Team lead or supervisor experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems under pressure
