Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day Part 135 flight operations, ensuring all activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable FAA regulations, company procedures, and operational standards.
  • Provide leadership across operational control functions, coordinating closely with flight crews, dispatch, scheduling, maintenance, and safety.
  • Maintain oversight of flight operational readiness, crew coordination, and decision-making during time-critical or irregular operating conditions.
  • Manage & oversee the operational entry-into-service of newly added aircraft under the Part 135 charter certificate, ensuring all requirements related to documentation, operational readiness, crew coordination, training alignment, manual updates, and cross-functional implementation are completed prior to launch.
  • Ensure that manuals, procedures, and operating practices remain aligned with approved specifications, internal standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to Part 135 operations.
  • Partner with leadership and key stakeholders to drive reliability, service quality, and continuous improvement across charter and aircraft management activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational team members, promoting accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and a strong safety culture.
  • Support internal reviews, audits, inspections, and corrective action follow-up to maintain operational excellence and regulatory readiness.
  • Monitor operational performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, customer experience, and scalability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, operations management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant aviation leadership experience.
  • Significant experience in Part 135 flight operations, business aviation operations, or another highly regulated flight operations environment.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA Part 135 operations, operational control principles, safety management practices, and aviation compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, service-oriented aviation setting.
  • Proven ability to make sound operational decisions while balancing safety, compliance, customer requirements, and business priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with pilots, operational teams, customers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with flight operations systems, reporting tools, and standard business software.
  • Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma and provide leadership support outside normal business hours when operationally required.
Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $260,000. Please note that this range is not a guaranteed offer of compensation. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, geographic location, and other relevant considerations.
