  • Provide overall leadership and management of the assigned territory/market
  • Achieve or exceed company targets and standards for performance and growth
  • Manage market locations to achieve top-tier KPIs, customer service, quality, and profitability
  • Model and enforce the highest level of customer service and the Crash Champions Total Sales Attitude (TSA)
  • Recruit, manage, and develop employees for future organizational growth

  • Facilitate and nurture relationships with insurance accounts, agents, and customers
