Director of Operations – Immediate Opportunity

Chick-fil-A Northlake Boulevard | West Palm Beach, FL

Are you a high-capacity leader who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Do you enjoy building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating an exceptional guest experience every day?

Chick-fil-A Northlake Boulevard is seeking a Director of Operations to partner closely with Owner/Operator Neil Hannon, a passionate leader with over 20 years of Chick-fil-A experience. In this role, you will have significant impact on the business by rotating through key operational areas, leading a large team, and gaining hands-on experience in both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy within a growing, hospitality-driven restaurant.

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Rotate through different business functions for a comprehensive understanding.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of 100+ members.
  • Drive customer service excellence and satisfaction.
  • Streamline processes for operational efficiency.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Hospitality/Restaurant.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Strong communicator with a growth mindset.

DAY IN THE LIFE/SCHEDULE

  • Monday-Saturday PM availability | 50 hours/week. | 5 work days
  • Engage in leadership responsibilities and business operations.
  • Lead a multi-million dollar business with 100+ team members.
  • Create Relationships and moments with our guest.
