What You'll Do
  • Lead, motivate, and support a small team of trainers
  • Drive studio growth through training, sales, community outreach, and social media engagement
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment
  • Manage daily operations, financials, and performance reporting
  • Represent and promote F45 Training in the Hampshire Meadows community

What We're Looking For
  • Energetic self-starter with flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Passion for health and fitness (industry experience a plus)
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) required
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team
