We seek a Market Director to oversee operations across North and South Carolina, focusing on staff mentoring, compliance, and growth. Candidates should have multi-location, Operational management experience, regulatory knowledge, and strong communication skills. The role involves travel and standard office work. Position Summary: The Market Director oversees operations of a network of opiate treatment centers, supervising Program Directors. Responsibilities include professional development, training, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor Program Directors, establish goals, and monitor progress.
  • Develop training programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Manage treatment center operations, staffing, and financials.
  • Drive growth efforts, patient care quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor treatment center performance and address issues promptly.
  • Ensure team members meet qualifications and maintain licensure.
  • Oversee hiring, termination, and payroll activities.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and positive relationships with authorities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of multi-location operations leadership experience within addiction treatment or behavioral health industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.

  • Proficient in operations, compliance, safety, accreditation, and care quality.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
  • High integrity, effective communication, problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledgeable about drug abuse trends and Opioid Maintenance Treatment.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to establish positive relationships.
