Now Hiring Executive Director | Campton, NH
Mount Prospect Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to lead program operations at our Campton, New Hampshire campus. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of program performance, staff management, and service delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with organizational goals.
The Executive Director serves as a key liaison to state agencies, community partners, and stakeholders, while driving a positive, trauma informed, and mission driven environment for both staff and residents.
Position Summary
The Executive Director oversees all program operations and departmental functions including program development, staffing, contracting, budgeting, hiring, and supervision. This role is also responsible for ensuring the integrity and oversight of electronic data systems and serving as the primary spokesperson for the program with external partners and agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Executive Leadership to ensure compliance with all state and federal laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate on budget development and financial oversight aligned with the organization’s strategic plan
  • Promote a positive, supportive workplace culture and strong employee engagement
  • Work with state officials, stakeholders, and partners to guide program development and effectiveness
  • Oversee day to day operations including supervision of Program Managers and evaluation of client services
  • Provide consistent leadership, direction, and operational guidance to staff
  • Ensure compliance with Mount Prospect Academy policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and well managed campus environment
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all reportable events
  • Oversee completion and distribution of AOD and TCI reports to treatment teams
  • Supervise faculty and manage performance and disciplinary processes
  • Develop and communicate a clear program vision aligned with organizational goals
  • Implement and support evidence based, trauma informed programming
  • Ensure all staff meet DHHS training requirements
  • Identify and implement ongoing program improvements and enhancements
  • Serve as agency liaison with contracting partners, advocates, and guardians
  • Maintain records to meet contract and regulatory compliance standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with community, governmental, and professional organizations
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and termination of program staff
  • Provide training and professional development based on program needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in education, business, criminal justice, administration, human services, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in human services or a related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple program areas
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and compliance standards
  • Commitment to trauma informed care and youth development
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check and pre-employment requirements
