  • Create an environment where individuals feel valued, challenged, and equipped to succeed
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to emerging leaders within the restaurant
  • Collaborate with other Directors and the Operator on staffing, scheduling, and team growth

Culture & Vision Alignment

  • Champion Chick-fil-A’s core values and create a culture of care, hospitality, and excellence
  • Take ownership of our vision: Winning Hearts Every Day
  • Be a culture carrier—modeling servant leadership, integrity, and professionalism at all times

Leadership Development

  • Collaborate closely with high-level leaders to refine your leadership skills and strategic thinking
  • Participate in ongoing personal and professional growth opportunities
  • Contribute to long-term planning and innovation within the restaurant
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience (3+ years preferred), ideally in a high-volume restaurant or retail environment
  • Experience leading large teams (40+ team members); total restaurant size of 100+ employees preferred
  • Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and cost control
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Committed to excellence, hospitality, and continuous improvement
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s mission, values, and guest service philosophy
  • Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
Why This Role
  • Work directly with an experienced Operator and high-level leadership team
  • Develop skills for potential advancement to Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program or Owner/Operator track
  • Be part of a brand known for hospitality, service, and excellence
  • Make a real impact on the team, guests, and Vista community every day
