Position Summary... What you'll do...Develops and implements comprehensive training plans for Walmart Private Fleet drivers, ensuring drivers meet all safety and operational standards. Manages the facilitation of learning activities by overseeing associate training on leadership case studies or functional scenarios. Regularly connects with business stakeholders to determine training program requirements, collaborates with the design team on appropriate content creation, and engages subject-matter experts to develop practical application scenarios. Oversees and manages Fleet Development Facilitators, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance. Develops Facilitators and team members by providing feedback to enhance facilitation skills, assessing the team's performance in the sessions facilitated, and making recommendations for additional training. Regularly assesses the performance of drivers and Facilitators, implementing improvement plans as necessary. Utilizes learning systems to monitor, track, and report learning activities, incorporating trainee feedback and performance metric results. Ensures all fleet operations comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and support company standards of ethics and integrity. Efficiently allocates resources to meet operational demands and optimize fleet performance. Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of training equipment and resources. Prepares and presents regular reports on fleet performance, training outcomes, and Facilitator activities to senior management. Researches, compiles, and analyzes data to recommend learning programs and operational process enhancements. Works closely with other departments to align fleet development strategies with overall company goals. Builds relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifies business needs, and determines and carries out necessary processes and practices. Manages and delivers complex training courses by applying adult learning techniques and blended delivery methods with varied mediums of delivery. Encourages participation during sessions, provides immediate input and feedback to participants, and facilitates training for highly tenured associates, including those at the Director level and above. Demonstrates and applies up-to-date expertise to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans. Provides expert advice and guidance to team members in the application of information and best practices, supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs, and builds commitment for perspectives and rationales. Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
