Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt, develop, and close new enterprise and marketplace accounts.
  • Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new commercial opportunities.
  • Sell end-to-end cross-border logistics solutions, including US fulfillment, customs clearance, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
  • Lead RFP processes, commercial negotiations, and pricing model development.
  • Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and product teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.


Technical Qualification

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles within logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of cross-border logistics and international supply chain solutions.
  • Experience leading commercial negotiations and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to develop pricing strategies and commercial proposals.
