POSITION TITLE: Business Development Manager

HOURS / WEEK: 40

JOB SITE LOCATION: 3400 North Hutchinson St., Pine Bluff, AR 71602  

DUTIES: Xeikon America, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager based out of our office at 3400 North Hutchinson St., Pine Bluff, AR 71602.  Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive profitable growth. Manage Solutions and Application Adoption. Conduct client management including Annual Recurring Revenue Growth, as well as the contract commitments. Identify and nurturing application opportunities. Improve tools and processes. Track customer KPI's and adoption to proactively work with customers on expansion, churn prevention, and renewals. Act as the primary contact and build long-term relationships with our customers. Ensure successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer objectives. Grow recurring customer revenue to meet assigned sales objectives. Establish relationships with customers partners at all organizational levels and interface with senior levels in internal and external groups. Provide a technical support function to customers with the specific idea of facilitating print volume growth. Apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and by recommending appropriate alternatives. Work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope within the Digital Press arena. Forecast and presenting key account metrics. Monitor and analyze assigned accounts for usage / growth. Coordinate internal and external partners to deliver appropriate solutions. Support Xeikon functions such as Xeikon Cafe and Label Exp.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Arts Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Technical Sales, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communications. FIVE (5) years of experience in the job offered or related. Experience must include: Experience in sales tracking processes, including Salesforce, Qlik Sense, and SAP; Experience in end-to-end (E2E) printing production, production floor management, and label printing processes; Experience working with industrial print finishing equipment; Experience working relevant vendor partners; Experience with digital print operations.

 

OTHER: This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address. This position requires domestic travel, as needed, up to 90%.
