At Mancal, we take a people-first approach—fostering a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing work environment where individuals are trusted, supported, and empowered to contribute.

The Opportunity

The Supervisor Building Operations is a working leader responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. This role provides hands-on oversight of building operations while leading Building Operators and service partners to ensure long-term and day-to-day maintenance, compliance and tenant relations are managed to a high standard.
