Our client, a leading multinational manufacturer in the aerospace sector, is looking for a Bilingual HR Operations Manager. As a member of our growing team, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening client relationships and overseeing the seamless movement of products and information.

Please note that this position requires 5 days of work on site.


1.0 Purpose

The purpose of this document is to define the responsibilities, qualifications, and expectations for individuals performing in the role of Operations Manager for statements of work.

2.0 Scope

This position encompasses comprehensive oversight and management of all Full Time and Part Time statements of work employees engaged in operational delivery.


3.0 Responsibilities

Operations Manager

  • Provide overarching management of client accounts and adherence to Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Strategically plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of program operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver expert guidance to employees, resolving escalated operational issues through direct collaboration with customer contacts and senior leadership within statement of work.
  • Accurately estimate resource requirements and delegate assignments to meet established timelines and project deliverables.
  • Ensure all personnel are well-informed and consistently compliant with statement of work policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Champion employee development through regular coaching, training, and the provision of continuous learning opportunities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with client representatives and upper-level management, fostering strong professional relationships.
  • Assume full responsibility for preparation and delivery of monthly operational quality reports to clients and internal senior management.
  • Oversee validation, reconciliation, and approval of weekly payroll and monthly invoicing activities.
  • Lead preparation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews, offering insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Own and drive business growth initiatives within existing client portfolios and potential expansion opportunities.


4.0 Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint), with demonstrated expertise in Excel.
  • Proven prior experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related operational setting preferred.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and company data, always adhering to statement of work policies and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and respond quickly to emergent needs.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with a thorough understanding of data collection methodologies and best practices.
  • Demonstrated capacity to perform under deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Au sein de notre équipe en pleine expansion, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans le renforcement des relations avec les clients et la supervision de la circulation fluide des produits et de l'information.

Veuillez noter que ce poste exige une présence sur place de 5 jours par semaine.


1.0 Objet

Le présent document a pour objet de définir les responsabilités, les qualifications et les attentes relatives au poste de gestionnaire des opérations pour les énoncés de travaux.

2.0 Portée

Ce poste englobe la supervision et la gestion complètes de tous les employés à temps plein et à temps partiel affectés à la réalisation des énoncés de travaux.


3.0 Responsabilités du gestionnaire des opérations

• Assurer la gestion globale des comptes clients et le respect des énoncés de travaux.

• Planifier, coordonner et superviser stratégiquement tous les aspects des opérations du programme afin d'en assurer le bon déroulement.

• Fournir un accompagnement expert aux employés et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels complexes en collaborant directement avec les clients et la direction, conformément au cahier des charges.

• Estimer avec précision les besoins en ressources et déléguer les tâches afin de respecter les échéanciers et les livrables du projet.

• Veiller à ce que tous les employés soient bien informés et respectent systématiquement les politiques, procédures et réglementations du cahier des charges.

• Être le principal interlocuteur des représentants des clients et de la direction, et entretenir des relations professionnelles solides.

• Assumer l'entière responsabilité de la préparation et de la présentation des rapports mensuels de qualité opérationnelle aux clients et à la direction.

• Superviser la validation, le rapprochement et l'approbation de la paie hebdomadaire et de la facturation mensuelle.

• Diriger la préparation et la présentation des revues d'activité trimestrielles, en fournissant des analyses et des recommandations stratégiques.



4.0 Qualifications

• Diplôme d'études secondaires requis ; licence (BA/BS) souhaitée.

• Maîtrise avancée de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook et SharePoint), avec une expertise avérée en Excel.

• Expérience préalable confirmée en recrutement, solutions RH ou dans un domaine opérationnel similaire souhaitée.

• Respect absolu de la confidentialité de toutes les informations sensibles et des données de l'entreprise, conformément aux politiques internes et aux exigences légales.

• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à répondre rapidement aux besoins urgents.

• Solides compétences analytiques et excellente compréhension des méthodologies et des meilleures pratiques de collecte de données.

• Capacité démontrée à travailler sous pression et dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
