Summary of Position
The Operations Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Clubhouse facilities during program hours. This role will work closely with the Lobby Supervisor overseeing a team of Operations Assistants. He/she will coordinate schedules and work assignments that support program operations that may include youth group management, lesson implementation, supply distribution, program area supervision, member supervision and visitor relations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
� Oversee team of Operations Assistants.
� Manage work schedules and assignments of team.
� Identify areas of need within clubhouse to distribute workforce for coverage.
� Monitor and positively interact with members at all times to ensure members are safe and engaged.
� Record hourly ratio counts, ensure members are scanning into areas, and maintain all required evaluation information.
� Provide engaging and informative clubhouse tours to visitors, potential members, parents and community.
� Monitor program areas to include, but not limited to entry and exit ways, locker rooms, coat check.
� Ensure proper care of all materials takes place, organize game room and report any misused or damaged materials.
� Assist in training, supervising, directing and evaluating seasonal staff, volunteers and members, ensuring consistent ratio and supervision.
� Submit timesheets as requested.
Education and/or Experience
Post-secondary training or college credits; One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Demonstrated organizational/ leadership ability; Associate's degree (A.A) preferred; Experience with schedule coordination, events planning, facilities management and/or youth development.
