Job description

Job Title: Protestant Administrative Religious Education Coordinator
Location: US Army Garrison Fort Buchanan, Puerto RicoKey Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for Protestant religious education programs
  • Coordinate and support weekly religious education activities and events
  • Prepare and maintain monthly calendars of religious education programs
  • Develop flyers, promotional materials, and communication for programs and events
  • Track attendance and maintain program records and reports
  • Prepare and distribute program materials and supplies for classes and events
  • Coordinate facility reservations and logistics for religious education activities
  • Support seasonal programs (e.g., Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, Vacation Bible School)
  • Attend meetings and provide updates to chapel leadership
  • Submit required reports, documentation, and invoices in a timely manner
Schedule
  • Work hours vary based on program schedule (not a standard 9-5 role)
  • Core office hours:
    • Monday-Friday: 0830-1630 (as needed)
  • Additional hours may include:
    • Evenings, weekends, and holidays to support programs and events
Qualifications
  • Experience in religious education or program coordination
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
