What You'll Do:

  • Oversee site operations to achieve safety, service, quality, and financial objectives.
  • Support budgeting and operational forecasting for the business unit.
  • Coordinate activities between Service, Sales, and Operations teams while monitoring quoting and invoicing metrics.
  • Support the Service team as needed with shipping, receiving, service coordination, and facility management.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting a performance-driven culture.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance to Operations leaders.
  • Responsible for inventory management including accuracy, counts, and audits.
  • This position will offer direct backup support for various roles, as required.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business, preferred.
  • 2 years experience in the industrial industry with operations or service roles
  • Technical knowledge of pump systems and rotating machinery.
  • Familiarity with quoting, ordering, shipping, and invoicing processes.
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude coupled with a strong commitment to achieving high-quality results on the first attempt.
  • Proven ability to nurture talent and lead performance-focused teams.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities and capacity to manage deadlines under pressure.
  • A commitment to the concept of “doing it right the first time".
  • Proficient with MS Office and ERP (CSD/SX a plus)
