Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will serve as the operational backbone of our marketing and sales teams, ensuring seamless daily operations and top tier property presentability.
Responsibilities:
Furnishing Coordination
  • Coordinate with Operations to determine earliest possible furniture installations
  • Coordinate with movers to transport furniture
  • Maintain accurate furniture placement records
  • Communicate furnishing timelines with Marketing to ensure timely photography of homes
Digital Touring Installation amp; Maintenance
  • Install Locks amp; Self-Guided Touring Signage during Furnishing Days with movers
  • Maintain existing locks and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Remove installed Locks when picking up Furniture after homes are sold
Irrigation Support
  • Ensure irrigation is set to proper settings
  • Proactively adjust irrigation for season dryness
  • Proactively coordinate with vendors to replace dead plants as needed
  • Proactively coordinate with vendors to update irrigation system as needed
Signage Support
  • Hands-on installation of lot signage at developments and scattered lots as needed
  • Provide support as needed for signage installations for main signs or rendering signs
General Sales Maintenance Items
  • As needed support maintaining all Sales Facilities, Sales Inventory, and other Sales or Marketing Assets.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to use online systems such as HubSpot or BuilderTrend to track work
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong grammar and writing skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with team members
