Position Summary:

The Operations Coordinator is a detail-oriented individual who embodies team accountability while managing the Time and Attendance processes for patient care staff and managers.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills required.

Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Word processing skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

Business/health care management experience

Spreadsheet skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintains patient care services staffing schedules within time and attendance system.

Maintains knowledge of and ability to interpret and explain all payroll policies

Processes payroll in a timely, efficient, and confidential manner.

Provides clerical support to members of nursing leadership.

Other duties as assigned
