Job description

Internship/Position Summary:

The Technical Consultant Intern will assist the Technical Consultants department in various customer projects and support routine operations involving various Mobile Network Operator, OEMs and eSim products. 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Help with TC team Projects, CRs etc Data Collection and processing in meaningful reports
  • Supporting G+D Cloud products management and enhancement of documentation
  • Basic troubleshooting on customer projects under TC observation.
  • Add features/enhance to G+D IoT Device code for customers.
  • Develop requirements documents and specifications for software applications
  • Help to migrate and maintain documentation in Confluence - Product config, Customer Data
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may be changed or assigned at any time with or without notice.

 

Requirements Qualifications and Skills:      
  • Current college students accepted in Bachelor's or Master's degree program (but not yet completed). Prefer major in computer engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or software engineering. Prefer 2 years of study completed.

  • Knowledge of programming languages.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Knowledge of Confluence , JIRA is a plus

  • Good written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, ability to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Working towards a Bachelors degree in:
  • Computer science or electrical engineering

The pay for this position is $20/hr.  This position is considered temporary and is not eligible for company provided benefits.
