Job Summary: The Intern will support Flex HR's Operations Department by contributing to process improvement projects, internal initiatives, and cross-departmental operational tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, project coordination, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is highly detailed, motivated, process-driven, and energized by helping a growing company operate more efficiently.
Job Overview:
  • Assist with operations projects that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
  • Support process documentation, workflow updates, and operational improvements.
  • Collect and organize information needed for internal initiatives, including training materials, SOP updates, project trackers, and resource libraries.
  • Coordinate with employees and consultants to gather input, verify information, and support project timelines.
  • Participate in internal meetings, observe operational processes, and assist with follow-up tasks.
  • Contribute ideas to help Flex HR improve operational excellence and employee/consultant experience.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments.
  • Maintain flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks aligned with business needs.
