MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma or its equivalent and seven (7) years of professional or nonprofessional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering, or administrative work; or
A bachelor's degree (4 years) from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering, or administrative work; or
A master's degree (6 years) from an accredited college or university can substitute for one (1) year of the required experience.

JOB DUTIES:
Maintains current information on department, policies, programs, and processes and provides customer assistance. Processes a variety of correspondence, including answering contact the department inquiries. Consistently tracks files and assists in the development of materials, reports, and correspondence in support of special projects.
Assists division's liaison for the Tax Collector/Division of Licensing partnership for the Concealed Weapon Intake System (CWIS). Works with current tax collectors and collectors seeking to join the partnership. Coordinates with other bureaus and works collaboratively to identify problems or issues and to recommend improvements. Interprets applicable statutes, policies, and procedures to assist with researching and responding to complex tax collector questions. Assists with disseminating information to tax collector partners and compiling information from tax collector partners. Provides training to participating tax collectors in support of division's Concealed Weapon Intake System (CWIS) partnership with approved Florida tax collectors. May conduct training in classroom setting or onsite. Maintains, updates, and orders training manuals and supplies. Remains knowledgeable of current applicable statutes, rules, policies, and procedures to effectively assist with training-related duties.
Assists with maintaining current concealed carry reciprocity information for the purpose of updating department websites and publications; answers questions from licensees concerning concealed carry reciprocity.
Fulfils requests from approved private investigator intern programs for training certificates.
Reviews QAU Reports.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
