SilverLogic

Internship

Posted 5 days ago

Job description

BRDGIT LLC is the AI consulting and implementation company of The SilverLogic, a Boca Raton based custom software development and technology solutions company with more than thirteen years of experience building digital products, automation solutions, and custom software for clients worldwide.

BRDGIT helps small and mid-sized organizations move beyond AI hype and apply artificial intelligence in practical, measurable, and business-focused ways. Through our AI-Proven Process and Consulting Framework, we guide clients from assessment and strategy to implementation based on their goals, budget, and readiness.

Backed by The SilverLogic's engineering, automation, and software development expertise, BRDGIT combines AI strategy, education, workflow automation, custom tools, and implementation support. We are now building a team to help more organizations adopt AI with confidence, clarity, and real business value.

Position Summary

The AI Engineer / Consultant Intern works across the full lifecycle of applied AI projects from understanding client needs and identifying opportunities to designing, building, testing, and supporting real-world AI solutions.

Working closely with Sales, AI Consultants, Engineers, Technical Leads, and PhD-level AI experts, you'll gain hands-on experience turning business challenges into practical AI strategies and functioning systems. You'll participate in client discovery, help develop AI assessments and implementation plans, build automation workflows and AI integrations, and support the delivery of production-ready solutions.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on internship that combines
AI consulting, solution design, and technical implementation. You do not need to be an expert in every area. What matters most is that you are curious, learn quickly, communicate clearly, and enjoy figuring out how AI can be applied to solve real business problems.

You'll get direct exposure to applied AI at The SilverLogic, a seven-time Inc. 5000-ranked company, and its AI company, BRDGIT. Because our work is client-facing, strong communication and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences are just as important as technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Client Discovery & AI Strategy

  • Participate in client discovery sessions to understand business goals, challenges, and potential AI opportunities.
  • Help develop AI assessments, strategies, blueprints, implementation plans, and supporting documentation.
  • Work with Consultants and Engineers to evaluate AI solutions and translate business needs into actionable plans.

AI Solution Development

  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, and AI APIs.
  • Assist with developing custom GPTs, prompt workflows, data pipelines, and other AI-powered solutions.
  • Research, test, and benchmark emerging AI tools and technologies for client and internal use.

Implementation & Operations

  • Help test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI solutions for reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Support dashboards, reporting, monitoring, and other tools used to measure results and improve solutions.
  • Create clear documentation and handoff materials for internal teams and clients.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Consultants, Engineers, and technical leaders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate progress, findings, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Participate in team workflows and help manage project tasks, priorities, and deliverables.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, well-spoken, and eager to learn. You don't need to know everything already. The strongest candidates will demonstrate a combination of technical fundamentals, structured problem-solving, communication skills, ownership, and genuine curiosity about AI.

Required

  • Genuine interest in AI and its practical business applications.
  • Basic Python and API skills, with familiarity with LLMs or other AI services.
  • Experience with at least one automation or low-code platform such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Curiosity, ownership, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn.

Preferred

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with AI tools, frameworks, automations, dashboards, analytics, or data visualization.
  • Exposure to client discovery, consulting, Sales/Pre-Sales, solution planning, or Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with how production systems are built, tested, monitored, and maintained.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with technologies such as LangChain, FastAPI, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
  • Exposure to model deployment, MLOps, or AI system lifecycle management.
  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Business, Technology Management, or a related field.
  • Graduate-level coursework or a Master's degree in a related field.

Learning Outcomes/Mentorship & Support

This internship provides exposure to the entire process of applying AI in a real business environment. You'll learn both the strategic and technical sides of AI, from talking with clients and defining opportunities to building and implementing solutions.

You'll work alongside experienced consultants, engineers, technical leaders, and AI specialists while developing skills that can lead toward future careers in AI engineering, AI consulting, solution architecture, technical sales, or AI strategy.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months, with a flexible start date
  • Location: Boca Raton HQ; Possible Hybrid
  • Time Commitment: 15 to 25 hours per week
  • Hiring Timeline: We are looking to fill this position immediately
