TITLE: Compliance Supervisor – Loudon, TN
DESCRIPTION:
  • Contribute towards creating, reviewing, maintaining regulatory compliance documentation to include health, safety, and all OSHA/and ISO procedures.
  • Oversee all new hire training processes, onboarding, and equipment safety/ developmental assessments for full time and contract employees.
  • Work with VP of Operations, Plant Management, and Quality Manager to identify compliance/quality issues that require remediation.
  • Conduct regular audits through Compliance and Quality Dashboard software to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations within the plants.
  • Oversee all onboarding processes, training, and skills assessments with the support of the Compliance Group, HR department, and Plant Manager.
  • Assist with supervision for risk assessment, audit review, monitoring amp; managing compliance within the organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Education: Minimum associate degree or H.S./GED diploma with 3-5 years related experience.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and possess problem solving skills.
  • Able to meet all mandatory training for the posted position.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and all reporting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Must have the ability to interface with customers.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to sit, walk and move around for long hours at a time.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule as required including weekends.
  • No recurring disciplinary actions in the past 12 months
  • Cannot be under a performance improvement plan at time of application.
