Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support retail site performance, brand compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both fieldwork and administrative oversight.
FULLY REMOTE
Schedule: Mon - Fri 7:30 am - 4:30 am
Pay: $50k - $55k annual salary
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Identify and resolve operational and compliance issues quickly
  • Manage fuel pricing, dealer commissions, and related financial tracking
  • Maintain Dealer Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and ensure timely renewals
  • Oversee property records, leases, and asset condition (Monday.com)
  • Coordinate maintenance needs with vendors and internal teams
  • Track and report on compliance, financial performance, and site conditions
  • Communicate regularly with dealers, sales team, and leadership
  • Manage inventory and distribution of branded materials and supplies

Requirements
  • Experience in fuel distribution, retail operations, compliance, or dealer network management preferred
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, commission structures, and margin management
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a highly field-based role with extensive travel (up to 95%)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency with operational and reporting tools (e.g., Zenput, Monday.com) strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
