Job description

About Prima Chefs & TuCena

Prima Chefs, Inc. is redefining in-home dining by delivering upscale, restaurant-quality meals from branded fine dining kitchens within a 20-mile radius. Through its TuCena concept, we use reusable, insulated vessels engineered to preserve temperature, texture, aroma, and presentation for over an hour — elevating delivered food from a convenience to an experience. TuCena launches in August 2026 in West Palm Beach, Florida, and this team will be at the center of bringing that vision to life. Join an early-stage, growth-focused company built on hospitality and innovation.

The Role

As Operations Coordinator, you will own the day-to-day mechanics that make TuCena run smoothly: coordinating delivery schedules, monitoring order flow, and ensuring every dining experience is dispatched accurately and on time. You'llmaintain operating procedures, track performance metrics, and support inventory and supply management for our delivery vessels and packaging. Beyond logistics, you'll be a key point of contact for restaurant partners, internal teams, and customers, resolving issues and improving service quality along the way.

You'll work closely with management to refine processes and implement operational improvements as we launch and expand TuCena across Southeast Florida. Because we're a hospitality-driven business, this role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong operations management skills: coordinating daily workflows, logistics, and process optimization
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data, track key performance indicators, and support data-informed decisions
  • Effective communication with restaurant partners, internal teams, and customers
  • A customer-service mindset — addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and upholding a hospitality-first experience
  • Administrative capabilities including scheduling, record keeping, and report preparation
  • Experience in food service, hospitality, logistics, or a related operational role (highly beneficial)
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities as needs shift
  • Proficiency with basic office software; experience with CRM or dispatch systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
