Job description

Position: Order Quality Auditor
Pay: $23.00/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime as needed)
Location: Lafayette, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Order Quality Auditor to start IMMEDIATELY at $23.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy of outbound orders by physically inspecting picked items before shipment
  • Compare items against packing slips and identify discrepancies
  • Report issues to warehouse leadership promptly
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve order inaccuracies efficiently
  • Maintain a tidy, organized audit area and follow safety and quality procedures

Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or shipping/receiving preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced distribution environment
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems is a plus
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs. during shift
