Harvest Worker - Parnell & Leroy Locations
Job Title: Harvest Worker
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed during peak harvest season.
Locations: Parnell, IL and Leroy, IL (must be flexible to work at either location as needed)
Job Description
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join a local grain elevator team for the harvest season. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while gaining hands-on experience in an agricultural environment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to work at both the Parnell and Leroy locations based on operational needs.
Job Responsibilities
  • Unload grain trucks by shoveling corn and other grain products from truck beds as needed.
  • Assist with grain receiving operations during harvest season.
  • Perform ground maintenance and keep grain bin areas clean and organized.
  • Complete general housekeeping duties throughout the facility.
  • Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
  • Work overtime when necessary to support harvest operations.
Qualifications
  • No experience required - entry-level position.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at both Parnell and Leroy locations.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
