Salary range: An annual salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You'll Do:

The Title Solutions Group sits at the intersection of banking, treasury operations, fraud prevention, and title/settlement tech partnerships. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you will help onboard and support title and escrow clients, coordinate setup across internal teams, and ensure they are live with the tools they need to move money and close transactions. Operations Associates with the Title Solutions Group are key components in the single point of contact service model. Associates deliver exceptional customer service, transaction support and general relationship maintenance for clients alongside providing support to the group directors and relationship managers. Typical responsibilities include assisting the sales team with onboarding new clients, implementing treasury products, opening accounts, assisting customers with transactions, verifying customer information and documentation, and fielding customer requests.
