At Airgas, our trusted Warehouse Associates take ownership of moving material within a warehouse, while following and contributing to the facility work rules and while meeting or advancing the regular quality and safety standards. The normal duties may include the following:
  • Efficient Material Handling: Supports the team's quality and efficiency goals by loading, unloading, and palletizing safety products with care.
  • Shipment Integrity: Ensures the quality and care of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders to provide excellent service.
  • Safety & Workspace Care: Maintains a clean and organized work area to support a safe environment for everyone and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Equipment Operation: Operates powered industrial trucks as needed to assist in daily warehouse flow.
  • Collaborative Support: Willingly supports the team with various tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

Are you a MATCH?
Required Qualifications:
  • Highschool Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year warehousing or similar experience
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Ability to push and or pull up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours
  • Ability to read and comprehend customers' orders, bills of lading, etc.
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge or ability to learn computer software systems

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Standup forklift
  • Pallet Jack
  • Cherry Picker
