Summary: The sales operations specialist will help drive sales, increase TM & customer retention by providing exceptional customer service and supporting our residential sales team and leadership through the responsibilities below.

Job Responsibilities: ·         Calculate TM and Agent commissions for the residential sales organization and submit to HR for paymento   Calculate and pay bonus payments as required per plan documentso   Forecast pay goal achievements as neededo   Monitor commission statements and reconcile any differences or discrepancieso   Reconciliation and provide assistance needed for Management, RSDs and TMs of any disputed differences in commission or draw·         Maintain updated and accurate pricing schedules for customers (internal and external) and contracts as directed by the Sales Operations Manager to be in compliance with:o   Residential Strategic Account customer contract Terms & Conditions and available price increases as afforded by said terms and conditions of contracto   Customer Pricing and/or Rebate Agreementso   Price increases as passed down by Product Category leaders o   Maintain the consolidated pricing grid format for Commercial Sales Associates from information supplied by Finance’s Pricing Department·         Coordinate across multiple departments and assist with the onboarding and offboarding of residential sales associates·         Assist with the development and coordination of residential sales meetings as required·         Maintain, organize and audit gift card program for the residential sales team·         Maintain, organize and audit residential email distribution lists through Outlook·         Special reports or projects as needed

  • High school diploma a minimum.  Associate degree preferred. 
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple tracks as a leader
  • Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes with numerous interdependencies
  • Business analysis experience (including implementation, tracking, problem resolution and reporting)
  • A successful track record of working with managers and executives at high levels in the organization, as well as staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
