Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department. May process and organize claim file information.
  • Prepares and maintains records.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • The person hired for this position will work out of the Gainesville, GA office which offers a hybrid work environment of 4 days in the office and 1 day work from home.
