Job Title: Distribution Associate I

Reports to: Distribution Center Supervisor

Location: Ellabell, GA

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Join us at our brand new, 500,000 square foot distribution center in the Savannah area (Ellabell, GA.)

About the Role:

The Associate I plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within the distribution network. This position focuses on supporting the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory to meet customer demands. The role requires close collaboration with team members to maintain inventory accuracy and uphold safety standards. The Associate I will contribute to optimizing workflow processes to enhance overall distribution efficiency. Ultimately, this position supports the seamless movement of goods from the warehouse to customers, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments according to company procedures
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain organized and clean work areas to comply with safety and quality standards
  • Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to management promptly
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily distribution goals
  • Adhere to all company policies, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and documentation

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (Blue Yonder) and barcode scanning technology.
