We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to support daily office operations for a Contract position based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping teams organized, managing communications, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. The position requires a strong onsite presence and the ability to handle a variety of coordination, documentation, and support activities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-office communications by handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
• Coordinate calendars, arrange meetings, and support conference call logistics to keep schedules running smoothly.
• Maintain organized records through accurate filing, document preparation, and routine word processing tasks.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and other correspondence in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support for hiring-related activities, including interview scheduling and process coordination.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc financial or administrative assignments as needed.
• Track important documents and office information to ensure reliable record keeping and easy retrieval.
• Support onsite operations by helping departments stay organized and by communicating effectively across teams.• Previous experience in an administrative support or office coordination role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach to internal and external interactions.
• Ability to manage scheduling, meetings, and multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in word processing and general office administrative tasks.
• Experience maintaining files, records, and routine correspondence with a high level of accuracy.
• Comfortable supporting hiring activities and handling confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, Georgia and contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
