Their purpose is to help ensure the business runs smoothly by resolving customer complaints, training employees, and assisting management. As an operations assistant, you can work in a wide variety of industries, and your specific duties vary depending upon the job field. This career requires industry-specific work experience, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Some medical employers require additional qualifications, such as an associate degree in a related field.

How much do operations assistants make in the US?

Operations assistants in the US typically earn an average annual salary of around $35,000 to $45,000, depending on experience, location, and industry. Entry-level positions may start lower, while experienced assistants or those in specialized fields can earn higher wages. Many roles also offer benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
