Sales Development Representative (US-based)

And we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing: Contact cold leads, build trust, and engage in natural, consultative conversations (no scripted pitches).

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule office tours and site visits for prospects.

  • Lead Disposition & CRM Management: Accurately track all interactions and lead statuses in their CRM system.

  • Community Representation: Act as a local, community-focused team member to build genuine relationships with business professionals.

Qualifications:

  • US-based talent: Required non-negotiable for local area familiarity and cultural fit.

  • Experience: 3-5+ years of SDR/appointment setting experience (mid to expert tier).

  • Communication: Very high English spoken and written skills; must sound like a business professional, not a call center agent.

  • Approach: Consultative relationship builder (not transactional) and detail-oriented for accurate lead tracking.

  • Preferred background: Commercial real estate or coworking experience, B2B sales to business professionals, and high-value consultative sales experience.
